Clinical Trial to Evaluate Medication to Treat Pain for Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy

A study to evaluate the safety and effectiveness of lamotrigine (Lamictal ®), compared with an inactive pill (placebo), for the treatment of the pain associated with diabetic neuropathy (numbness, tingling, or weakness).
